Provided the second command shows that Direct Rendering is enabled, then I don't believe there is anything you can do to improve the performance of your graphics, other than get an nVidia or ATI card to add into your system. That graphics chip is pretty low end and I don't believe it supports accelerated 3D graphics very well if at all.
